Would RecommendThe box is fine - just installed 2 days ago. But the dimensions on the Lowe's website and the box itself are way off from the actual measurements. Off by an inch or so wide and tall. Ridiculous...

Would RecommendFor plastic, it looks very nice. It is rain proof. It was extremely easy to install as it fits right on the mailbox post and I didnt even need to fasten it down. It fits snugly with a little pressure. Every other mailbox I've ever installed required complicated adjustments and screws or nails. This was the easiest install for a great looking mailbox instantly.

Would RecommendWe bought this mail box to replace one just like it as the Mail Man knocked our other one down last year and now this year the Snow Plow knocked it down so again we replaced it with the same kind.
Very well made.
Needed another one to update and yet still my original is still working.
