Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a generic plastic mailbox for the last decade it was time for an upgrade. I ended up deciding on the Coolidge by Architectural Mailbox. So far it seems like a sound purchase. It is well built and seems like it should last well. It has a good coat of paint I’m hoping will save it from corroding to quickly.

Steady and sturdy
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mailpost was knocked down a little while ago, so I got the Coolidge post in black to replace it. Turns out replacing it would be far easier than I thought. I loved that all the hardware I'd need for attaching my new mailbox was included. It took me just an afternoon to get it all set up.

Fine for Normal Mailboxes
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This post is simple to install, and uses what appears to be an simple and clever mechanism to join the two pieces of post together, and when you mount a normal simple mailbox on top, it works fine. But if you try to mount a cast iron box, or a larger mailbox (like for packages), or multiple mailboxes, this post comes up way short. Great replacement for a wood post.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here in the humid south, wooden posts do not generally last long. This post was a great replacement and easy to install. We are looking into getting a couple more to hold bird feeder and bird baths.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing. This is the upgrade I needed. It replaced an old rotted post. It's modern and sleek. It is super easy to install. I really enjoyed that it required minimal DIY knowledge. The multiple attachment points ensured my mailbox is secure. It stood up to the snowplows during our final snow. I'll be recommending this to anybody looking for a quick, easy way to install their mailbox. I even got one for my 78 year old father. It's great!

Just what I needed !

Seems on our street someone is always coming along and swiping ours. This is a durable: and strong, powder coated steel post that you put into the ground. It comes pre drilled so that the mailbox can be installed in no time. Installation was an absolute breeze and it looks so nice and elegant. I love the black finish .

Love the simple design!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old mailbox post was wood and I had to paint it twice a year because it flaked off. It looked horrible. It’s amazing how a simple post can make all the difference. This does require concrete to be set, which I didn’t realize when I got it but a quick trip to the hardware store fixed that quickly. My husband got some foaming concrete kit that expands as it locks into place. Very simple to install. Very happy with how it looks!

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Coolidge Achitectural Mailbox stand is just what I needed to replace my old rotting 4x4 wooden stand. The stand is very sturdy and easy to attach to mailbox and the ground. It is very attractive and I have gotten both compliments and inquiries from neighbors who were interested in obtaining this product themselves.

Great product
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. My new mailbox looks real good on my new post. Before I had a wooden narrow log holding up my post box. My box is black so the pieces match. I sprayed painted my box now it looks newer. The post was easy to install. I think the hardest part is making the hole. My hole was there from the old post. This made the installation much easier. It is very sturdy. It was easy to attach the box to the post.
