Rugged, make sure sure of length.

I like the braided stainless steel covering of this hot water connector hose. It looks like it will outlast the tank. I had a choice of braided and corrugated, and my installer said he preferred the braided. Make sure you get the correct length because the braided hose is not as flexible as the corrugated hose. I needed to return the 24" because I actually needed 12". Both seemed equally durable.

3/4" flexible pipe fitting

The 24" long 3/4" stainless steel water heater pipe was flexible and met the application as advertised. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a need for a flexible hot or cold-water connection. It is reasonably priced given that it is stainless steel construction. I used this product in conjunction with a thermal sleeve to minimize heat loss from my hot water heater source.

Not many Lengths to choose from

Easy to install but they need to make different lengths like 6,12,14 inches long

Let Plumber pick correct connector

Plumber said it wouldn't work, had to take back for refund

Ok so far, 2018 Installed 24" Version 4 years ago.

• Installed Lowes 3/4-in FIP X 24-in braided stainless steel water heater connector as hot water outlet to new replacement PEX piping four years ago with no leaks or problems. These reviews are scary however – maybe some were not quite installed properly, or maybe they were, don’t know? I replaced my 2006 copper flex pipe that leaked after starting up the new home that had set empty for a year prior to sale of new home. Did not replace it until 2018, so far this product (3/4-in FIP X 24-in ...
