Waste of money

I've had this charger about 3 months. I've used it about 5 times and now it won't charge.

Junk

Piece of junk - used it twice then it burned out. Ended up with a smelly black trash that had to be recycled.

Just worked once

My battery just worked one time fully charged and now it won't recharge...

Doesn’t hold a charge

Got this as a Christmas gift. No way this holds a charge for 70 hours. 6 hours at most.

Limited Utlity

I purchased the Pocket Power believing that it functioned somewhat like other USB power banks. Unfortunately it lacks an "always ON' mode such that if it detects low power drain it will, after a few minutes, shut down it's USB ports. This means you cannot use it to power say, a small USB light without having to manually "wake it up" every 10 minutes or so by pressing the Battery Check button on the side. Thank you.

Does not perform as advertised.

After charging it right out of the box, for its first time used it charged an iPhone 6s plus fully (100%). Then it managed only a 64% charge, indicating it was exhausted. After charging the bank again, it charged the phone up to 94%, then it stopped. Plugging and unplugging the cables did not work. Yet the iPhone's power supply topped it up to 100% as usual.

Worse than worse

Bought a month ago and very dissatisfied. Buy a microscope for position and never depend on alarm for work or classes. Sucks

Great product poor packaging and poor instructions

So convenient

This is a travel must! My phone is ALWAYS dead and having this strong battery with me is just enough to charge my phone multiple times. It is necessary for me because I always need to charge my phone but have no outlet. So if your looking for a portable charger. This one is lightweight and strong! I would recommend to anyone who is looking

You only need one cable when used with iPhone/iPad

There are many portable phone chargers out there, but the distinguishing characteristic of this one is that comes with a Lightning Port. That means that when you are using this charger to charge your phone with a USB-to-Lightning Port cable, you can simply reverse that same cable and use it to then charge this port...

Thoughtful design!

Every power bank I have purchased uses a micro USB for charging the power bank itself and then of course I needed a separate lightning cable for charging my iPhone/iPad. I can't tell you the number of times one of our family members has lost the charge cord...

Super convenient

Solid product, weird design

Nevertheless, it is a good product, and the fact that it charges with Lightning is a handy convenience because the cable used to charge the product can then be used to charge a device.

Sleek, Lightweight, Cable-Saving Boost Charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the sleek design of the power pack. It is very convenient to only have to carry one cable around to charge both the pack and my phone. Also, it's very thin and lightweight making pocket carry comfortable.The only criticism I have is the lettering. It is very difficult to read the lettering that shows which USB port is the 1.0 amp and which one is the 2.4 amp one. But this is a small hiccup in an otherwise GREAT product.

Easy to use and effective
