Not only do you get the actual power pack itself you also get a USB-C wall charger with C to C power cord as well. You can use the wall charger and cord to charge the power pack and the cord can be used to transfer power from the pack to your phone. Holds Charge Well

Not just slim... but ultra slim

For this to be 10k the charge does not hold up for 8hrs.

Wont charge

My portable charger was used twice, the third time I went to use it, it only had one green light blinking and would not charge my device. I plugged the power bank in to charge and the single light kept blinking but would not charge the power bank. I noticed a few people on here had a similar problem with the product. The power bank simply wont charge.

No label on case to indicate mAh

My Belkin Pocket Power 10K power charger was confiscated at the airport because the case is not labelled with the mAh. I had the original box but that was not good enough. Why is there no label on the actual product? I loved using it and it worked fine. No sense arguing with officials but at least they let me keep the charging cable and box:)

worked good.. now it doesn’t

i got this power bank back in august and now it just won’t charge up. no matter what outlet i plug it in, it’s just showing one blinking light when i charge it and never getting up to 4. really disappointing because i spent 40 dollars on this and it doesn’t even work anymore.

A great cafeteria for hungry cell phones, etc.

I already had an earlier Belkin 10K power bank but it's nice to have multiples. I also liked that I could order this in silver and received the Universal Cable with it. It took a few hours to charge because it holds so much backup power. I've learned that I can charge my Galaxy S8 several times with it and carry it with my phone even while I'm charging it and talking on it.
