Currently using the 325 on Holidays to charge 2 phones. Both phones were down to 8% and 10% . Both recharged and run down again and again,charged them.up again and still 2 lights left on the power bank after 4 charges ! It's a bit heavy and bulky for carrying in a pocket as back up.

Not working with iPhone 15
I bought this charger back in Feb and it's been a great changer. I tried the USB-C charging port on my iPhone 15 and I was surprised that I got a message saying that the power source is putting out too much power. I guess I'l'l have to find a portable charger that works with the iPhone 15. Still a great charger.

Won't recharge
I have contacted support today by email. Charged fine the first time and after that won't charge just blinking on the first charge bar after 24 hours charging. Waiting for an exchange/replacement.

One full charge so far
Send like a great power source, fully charged one phone and still had over 75% charge. Seems like a quality built product. Wish it had a carrying bag for the device and charging cord.

Does 2 phones and trickle, lightweight, non-sticky
Perfect - took me a while to choose this one but so glad I did as ticks all the boxes. I also hate rubberised tech as it often degrades and goes weirdly sticky, so very happy with the surface finish of this power bank.

worth the money
brought it to a 5 day festival, was able to charge my phone from about 20% to 100% everyday! definitely worth the money. a little heavy to carry around though

Poor service and product
A Jer offered free postage and I ended up paying excess postage fees for a battery which does not work. This is the third anklet purchase which has failed. I won't be buying from them in the future and would caution against the positive reviews.

Good power bank
I bought this on the recommendation of my daughter who has one and was very impressed by it. It came with a little change in it. It is about the size of my iPhone 14 but quite a bit heavier. It has 2 charging ports-a USB A port ie a standard USB port, and the more modern, smaller and slightly easier to use USB-C port. The ports you use for charging devices are both standard USB-A ports. Disappointing
I ordered this after losing the USB C adapter in an old Anker powerbank I was really happy with (but that had started to charge slowly). This new one came with no USB C adapter (meaning I have to continuously switch leads with the main phone adapter), does not appear to charge very fast, is heavy, and does not come with a protective pouch like the last one I bought did (so much more likely to get damaged). Really disappointing from a brand I usually rate very highly.
