It solved my problem.
I bought two of these toilets to replace older ones of different brands which were continually being clogged. These solved that problem and use less water. The compact size is a bonus.

Would RecommendI brought 2 of these models 2+ years ago, thought the 1.28GPM would be an issue for clogging, but not once has it clogged as other toilets have. The only issue was roughness inside one of the bowls on the side of the rim causing dirt/stain to build up sometimes. Contacted Customer Service and no problems on fixing the issue. Great Customer Service. Would definitely purchase again.

Not your everyday toilet
A bit pricey as compared to the EXACT one but in white, however I needed the bone color to kinda match the rest of the bathroom. The compact design and water saver features pushed me towards the compact cadet 3 one piece. I really did not want a 2 piece plus the drain was too far out for a 2 piece--worried that if someone leaned back- the tank would crack and break

I hate this toilet
Would Not RecommendPrepare to have to flush at least 3 time, if not more, if you poop. Twice if you pee. Sometimes the flush is powerful. Sometimes it’s like you never flushed. I hate this toilet.

Ok but don’t love it
Would Not RecommendPretty expensive toilet that doesn’t always flush very well. I like the color and the one piece unit makes it easier to clean the back area. However, the negatives outweigh the positives for me. The seat is plastic and has an “extension” to make it easier for the males to lift but it regularly gets caught on my pants. Also the front edge is wider than most toilets so it get icky more quickly. And the elongated seat is just not comfortable for me.

awesome toilet!
this toilet only using 1.28 gallons, but flushes better than any other toilet in my home. Might as well throw away my plunger. I am going to replace all of the other toilets with the American Standard 1.28 gallon flusher.

Perfect for smaller bathroom
Would RecommendWe had several restrictions to consider when purchasing a toilet. Had to be round, less than 18 inches wide, less than 27 inches deep and had to be a 10 inch rough in. Meeting all of the criteria, the American Standard Colony was slam dunk. We installed it ourselves, and it was not difficult. Just be aware that you have to purchase the seat and supply line hoses separately. It's meeting our needs, but it does have lower pressure and a relatively small bowl that doesn't fill with water.
