This toilet is simply the best we have ever owned and is a remarkable value. Low on water use, but extremely efficient in its flush. We have owned a prior Cadet 3 model for over 9 years without any problems and still works like a champ. We recently remodeled two bathrooms and insisted on the Cadet 3 for use therein. Looks great, works well and I would buy again in a heartbeat.

I installed the toilet myself and being a 1-piece made that task much easier than expected. The Compact Cadet-3 replaced a 15 year old toilet that required double flushing 75% of the time. We have used the Compact Cadet-3 for over 3 weeks and not once have we needed to double flush. We are VERY satisfied in all ways with this choice.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old low boy toilet with this Compact Cadet 3 FloWise Right Height, and my family is extremely happy that I did. Not only is it more comfortable, but the performance is as good as it gets. Quick, quiet flush. No double flushing needed.

Close to perfect
I needed this to fit under a "banjo" countertop and it worked out great. I really like how "substantial" American Standard toilets are and the design of this model. The slow-close seat is really nice and swayed my decision to buy this one over a Kohler. Decent flush considering the volume of water used. I'm disappointed that the tank is not lined, so consequently it sweats and the water fill is noisy. That, plus a large lump on the rim, keep this from getting five stars.

Cadet 3 Compact Toilet - Seems like a lemon!
I carefully researched toilets and selected this one for its chair height, elongated seat AND compact design. I paid a professional to install it. From the minute it was installed, an audible, steady drip caused the tank to refill a bit almost every minute or two at the most. The installer could hear the leak coming at the flapper, so I ordered a replacement exactly like the factory original. The installer came back out and replaced the flapper to no avail.
