I had a problem with the filter being damaged during shipping. As soon as I notified the company the filter was replaced immediately. The air purifier is great for dust and dog hair. So glad I bought the Alen brand.

Great Result / Great Product
O have had my Alen Breath Smart Flex for a little over a week and run it in my bedroom. It is definitely taking care the air quality!! Less dust for sure but what really surprises me is how much better I sleep because I CAN BREATH!!

Please include on website that the 45i filter and flex filter are the same filters. Had I had known - I would have been able to get the bundle but nowhere was it stated that they are the same filters so I had bought them individually instead of being able to get the bundle. Otherwise love the product.

Excellent product
It quietly runs 24/7 keeping the air fresh yet with a touch of a button I can up the level & quickly gives the room a full air cleansing when needed. I have asthma so several years ago when researching for a good purifier Alen was always highly recommended. I have never been disappointed with the product & the excellent customer service.

TRUE HEPA
Great filter we have 2 breathesmat one upstairs one down. The system is great but filters cost is too high. Friends are switching to other systems for that reason. I will stay another year or so then start the research to switch though I like the units it's hard to justify the cost of replacement filters.
