Filter Stinks

The machine oil smell sent into the room from the filter is nauseating. It has taken a week to lessen and I can still smell it after walking into the room after work. I read online that this can be "normal", but it's just gross.

Instructions should be more prominent

The machine works fine but support is lacking . I did not know I was supposed to clean the filter after vacuuming til I bought anew filter. I also did not know I was supposed to reset the filter light fora month or two after installing said new filter. Still the purifier works great and I am healthier for it.

Great Performance and Aesthetically Pleasing

We have used two of the Alen Breathesmart 45i purifiers for almost one year. They operate seamlessly on auto mode and are quiet until a higher fan speed is needed when the air becomes unhealthy. Then the fan noise is obviously louder, but still not obtrusive. Its super easy on auto renewal. YOU don't have to try and remember when to replace, it's all diarized & schedule for you. You can change the filter to be received if you need, and even cancel if you so wish. Super easy & flexible. Having seen what it takes out of the air I am glad we invested in Alen.

Great Products!

We were using Dyson for air purifying. What a joke! Alen Air is the real deal. We purchased the 75i for our main floor and 45i for our bedroom we noticed a great difference in air quality. We have two dogs and having units with pre filters is a game changer. Have recommended their products to family and friends.
