Tho the filter doesn’t look exactly like the original one it is a good product

Works like a charm

All my neighbors are jealous of my air purifier. It cleans the air to my entire place in about 30 minutes. And the last filter worked over 9 months. Hoorah!

Love your 45i, does an excellent job. Hate that you do not offer recycling of your filters!

bad filter

this is my 3rd filter and its giving off a toxic smell so i cant run my air purifier . its the worst

With mild temperatures and rainy weather this winter in Ohio, my mold allergies are through the roof. Alen BreatheSmart Flex has been a God send! I originally bought it to avoid getting sick from grandkids, which really helped. With your sales, I am stocked up and ready for whatever comes my way!

Perfection

This filter is good and picks up a lot of dust. I vacuum the filter each week, and it is doing its job.

Filter very good. 45i software and how to set the 45i up needs a lot of work

I am very happy with filter. Not so much with the 45i software and lack of instructions and how to set it up. It is not very user unfriendly and the instructions basically stink. This could be a problem with the hardware but I suspect it is a software problem.

Hepa filter

I think the filter is fine but I would say to the Alen people that you should more prominently display information about lightly vacuuming the filter weekly to extend it's life and efficiency. I heard it on a recording with Alen when I called and was waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

New Filter but still RED

Maybe it's the machine sensor but I put in my new filters--in two machines--and the light remains red after 24 hours.

Great Purifier and Worth it!

I have very much noticed a difference in how good it feels to breath now that I have this purifier. I recommend it, it is easy to use and change the filter. I have 2 cats and a dog and 1 filter lasts me all year. I really notice when my roommate cooks and it helps eliminate the smell in my room. I only wish that I could turn the light off through my smartphone but its smart capabilities are great because it’s exactly how you control the purifier manually(other than the light). I highly recommend...
