This system was easy to install and has the best pressure I have seen out of such a system.

Peace of mind

Very easy install even though I out it in the basement to conserve cabinet space. Now I drink osmosis water and use the same water in my ice maker.

Great Water/Easy Install

Overall a great product with one of the best manuals I have ever seen for install and maintenance procedures for a RO system. Great tasting water. We shall see how it holds up over time. My last system lasted 12 years. Only criticism - Do not follow faucet on sink mounting instructions or you will drive your self crazy.

Cheap plastic faucet connector

This faucet would be wonderful if it weren't for the cheap plastic faucet connector and the terrible lack of documentation. The instructions are vague and the parts are not properly identified for buying replacements. The manual mentions 1/4 or 3/8 inch tubes, but does not say which color is which size. There was no mention of the size for the faucet threading. When I asked for a replacement, I specifically asked for the "faucet adapter" as it is called in the manual and I described the damage t...

Box was damaged on delivery. Employee was instructed to make a note of this as no product damage could be noted without unpacking all items in the car.

Pure water!

We bought this system for our home and it is great! It is so nice to have pure water to drink without all the bad tastes and additives. It was a good ourchase for us.

Excellent water taste since 2021.

We bought this filter system in 2021 and enjoyed great taste and great clarity of our drinking water. It took the taste of chlorine and otgher chemicals out of our water. Very grateful to have this in our primary home. Now we are installing one in one of our Airbnb short term rental homes with a well.

Piece of mind!

This RO system is exactly what I was looking for! With all the issue that keep coming to light about the lack municipal water system quality you can now do something about it. I installed the system in the basement just below the kitchen sink. There is about a 6 foot rise from the tank to the faucet. This freed up room under the sink.

Third home RO system

We have previously had several Watts Premier units over the past 30 years. I was a bit skeptical with this new APEC unit due to the PEX hose line connections vs. the compression nut connectors. However, the system assembled easily and without issue or leaks. Much stronger output flow. Nice job APEC. Time will tell. Check back next year..!

The only reason for a for star

I believe this unit will last and perform better than the Wirlpool. It's solid but... after inspecting the unit I found the T-Fitting assembled the wrong way. Carbon filter end cap came off because it wasn't glued enough. Make sure you at least glance at the manual prior to installation because there's a lot of information, and then inspect the unit mirroring the manual. Great RO

I installed a RO with a smaller tank (like a gallon and half) with smaller tubing 1/4 a couple of years ago and recently hooked it up to my fridge so we can get cleaner and better tasting water and ice. The issue I was having was the water flow from the older RO system to my fridge was extremely slow and since the water flow was low, it would only fill up 1/2 the ice dispenser tray. Easy replacement for my old Krystal Pure RO unit

Many years ago, I purchased a Krystal Pure RO unit from Lowes. It worked well. Due to age, the fitting started to drip, the tank bladder ruptured and one of the hoses got a pinhole leak. This Apec unit was a very easy to do replacement. Highly recommended, satisfying purchase.
