We purchased this system about 7 years ago. I bought a second 14-gallon water tank. Needless to say, we never run out of RO water. It has been so nice. We change the pre- ffilters every 6 months. The RO filters are replaced every 2 years, or as close as we can get. The water is excellent, and we love it every day. If you are looking for a great RO system, I would highly recommend this one.

Leaked at installation
Unfortunately, the plastic failed and produced a small leak which your service rep blamed on my plumber. I live with the leak by putting a bin under cartridge canister and taking up water with a rage (works as leak is small) I paid a lot for my plumber and the problem was not of his making. He used the plumbers tape. It's exhausting trying to keep up with the problems. Well. . . you asked!
