This is a second time around for me.

I've installed seems to be working fine. The inlet port connector was damaged/broken (shipping???) I replaced with connector from my original unit.

I bought this last March 3, 2020 and Now is Oct. 17, 2020. After easy installation and followed detailed instructions. I would say I am fully satisfied for the water is excellent and the whole unit occupied only half of my under the sink space. Ever since, I drink this tasteful clear water and I only used bottled water during any travel.. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to pay fair price for the drinking water system. You will save money by limiting buying bottled water. Thanks.

No longer having to go out and fill water jugs

Great system! Easy under sink installation, plenty of available water, great taste and no more running out to fill jugs with water. A real win all around!

Easy to set up and reliable

Had to replace an old Culligan system and chose this because it's American made. Set it up and found my water pressure was not high enough for the RO so called customer assistance and they suggested just setting up prefiltration which works fine and filters out all sediment. I like this system also because of the tube connections which are simple and use no tools. I would recommend this system.

Excellent filtration at an amazing price.

I purchased this unit after dealing with numerous pitcher filters that either didn't filter as they claim or suffered from other problems. The installation instructions were very clear and helpful. However, it is important to note that you will need to drill a hole at some point and do some minor plumbing work to get it all setup. A worthy investment!

My wife and I had been purchasing RO water from the store for a while when we finally decided to pull the trigger and get an RO system for our house since we're currently both working from home. The reviews for the APEC system looked promising and so far it has lived up to the hype! It was extremely easy to order and install.

A wonderful water system

The system is easy to install. The step by step instructions are easy to follow with clear Illustrations. It fits nicely under the sink with room to spare. If you are think about purchasing a osmosis system, I highly recommend this one. It supports a family of four without issue.

Great price and taste amazing

This was easy to set up and all fit under our sink. The water taste very good. We use to buy distilled all the time, and now we don’t have to any more. It’s says you only have to change the filters yearly and they aren’t that pricey either. Good purchase all around. We ordered online.

Great taste

Great product. We had a basement installation to keep our undersink space thus, our only recommendation is that the website include options to add longer lines to ship and additional T's for an icemaker.

Excellent Performance

I bought this RO-PERM system a month ago and it has performed excellent! Since we are on well water I ordered the system with the permeate pump since my well water pressure is 30-50 psi. The pump is hydraulic and no electrical power is needed. It makes a somewhat slow soft sounding click every couple of seconds until the tank has reached its fill point for the system pressure. Easy Peasy to Install !

Very easy to follow instructions for most DIYers . Schematics are very detailed and explicit. Per instructions I flushed system of first fill then began using the RO for everyday drinking. Water is extremely clear and clean tasting with no odor or discoloring.

Water tastes great - Easy to install

Bought the Apec RO-90 from Lowes. Instructions were easy to follow , had it installed in about 1.5 hrs. Waited for 12 hrs after installation tank was still empty , thought I got a defective unit. Read the install manual again , noticed they said to wrap the needle valve 5-6 wraps of teflon tape , I only wrapped a couple wraps. Clean Water

I have had a similar system in another home and wanted to add this to my new home. This system seems to perform better than my old system and I installed this one myself. Instructions where simple and clear. I'm very satisfied with my new system.

Excellent system

We replaced an older RO system with 90 GPD APEC RO Water system. Installation was straight forward and end product is nice clean filtered water. Would definitely recommend product to anyone.

ULTIMATE RO-90 Pays for itself in 3-4 months

Did my homework and chose APEC for several reasons. Very good price (especially with veterans discount) bought on-line and shipped (free) to home. Had Lowe's plumber install it professionally and he was great. Install was backed by Lowe's for one year. I had a Whirlpool RO previously for 6 plus years that just died. Good product for the money. Expected a lower TDS

Installed 3 weeks ago and the water tastes good. I don’t notice noise from the permeate pump like other reviews complain of. Glad I upgraded to the 14gal tank and 3/8” lines. However, I was disappointed that the feed line to the RO system wasn’t also 3/8”. The water from my water softener to the RO system has a consistent TDS of 72. The water coming out of my RO perm system jumps around between 32 and 46 TDS. I expected a lower TDS or at least a consistent low 30 TDS test result.

Like the system, installation not so much

Have been using the system for about a month now, it works well and we're happy with the product now. Couple significant bumps in the road however: Installation - everything was going fine until I got to the last step, installing the faucet. We have an undermounted kitchen sink that's supported with a wood frame. I found the wood frame, plus the stone countertop, resulted in the faucet stem being too short. Not sure how common this is but would have been nice if the website or instruction...

Added to softened well water (so worth it)

So honestly the only reason I got this is because I got tired of going outside and getting pre-treatedwell water for my plants. I killed a few after I got a softener because I was unaware. And I just love how fast this was to set up. The pump did fail but was addressed extremely fast. When I move out I will definitely be coming back for the whole system
