Remedy for High TDS Florida Water

I installed an RO-90 5-Stage System with the High Output Upgrade to reduce the TDS level in the well water at our house in SW Florida. The well water has high iron and TDS and is treated in a water softener before entering the house. The softened water has a TDS level of 500 to 600 ppm. The RO system drops the TDS level to less than 50 ppm. Very pleased with performance. Installation instructions are excellent. John Guest push to connect fittings all worked well. No leaks.

Faucet wrong finish

I bought two of these systems. They each came with a different finish on the faucet. One is a brushed nickel and the other shiny chrome. The company should be clear about what they are sending since we want to match faucets. Hopefully the company will make this right and I'll update my review.

This is the third APEC RO system that I have purchased as I like to replace the whole system after 6 or 7 years. I will install this new system sometime in July 2022 when the old system is due for the annual filter change. A quality RO system at a reasonable price.

Great taste and easy install

We are very happy with the taste of our reverse osmosis filter. Big improvement on our softened well water. Setup was easy even though the instructions aren't always super linear. Even comes with teflon tape!

Well designed with good tasting water

I live in an area of South Louisiana where the tap water tastes bad and will make you feel feverish after a couple of days of drinking the water. I installed my APEC RO-90, and now my water tastes pure and no longer makes me sick. In fact, I find I really enjoy drinking water now so I actually drink a lot more throughout the day. My wife kept insisting we get a water filter for under the sink, but I resisted because we have "pretty decent" water in our city. I finally broke down and installed an RO 90 11 years ago. Best system I have ever had

We recently moved to a new house in Lake Havasu City. The drinking water here is terrible. The new house had an ro system that was horrible. My old house here had an RO-90 system and it was the best. I immediately ordered a new one for this house. Ahhh good water now.
