Works great

Have a fountain and some water remains even after emptying. Threw a few of these in there and solved my mosquito problem.

Have used this product for most of the summer and seems to work well. No signs of mosquitoes or larvae in water fountains.

Ineffective

I placed two of these tablets in a container of water in which mosquito larvae were swimming and even days later mosquito larvae were still swimming in the container. For a product labeled "Quick Kill", I would expect to see immediate results.

Hasn't worked for me

I've put 2 in my little pond I bought from Lowe's and the are still mosquito babies in it after 2 weeks.

No mosquitos

I received the mosquito bombs 47 days ago and placed them in buckets that my wife keeps around for her raised flower and vegetable beds, no mosquitoes. We went on vacation for a week, when we came back, no mosquitoes. So far no sightings or bites, last year was terrible and it has been warm in Phoenix.

Fewer mosquitos so far

I received these and put them in several locations. 2 in a swamp, 2 in a decorative pind and 1 in a rain barrel. Its been over 2 weeks and I have seen a lessening of mosquitos. These are marketed to last 60 days so it is early to tell how they work long term but so far I am happy with the results. If any changes are warranted I will update in 45 ish days.

Seems to be helping with mosquito population

I decided to test out this product and write and honest review about it. The tablets are very easy to handle and dispense in standing water and in area's that mosquito's breed. I have a low area in my property that always fills with water from rain run off. It has become a breeding machine for mosquito's. Misleading Name

I received this product through the Lowes Loop program to try out. Why its called "Quick Kill" I have no idea. I have a plant nursery area that has a dug out area with plastic sheeting so it holds about 2" of water that irrigates the plants from the bottom. The mosquitoes love to lay eggs there. I put one of the pellets in there to test out this product. I had expected a "Quick Kill" as the product name suggests. Amdro Mosquito Bombs

I have not had a opportunity to use this product. Since it is just the 3rd day of May, the mosquitoes have not been an issue. I hope to be able to have the opportunity to give a better review after June or July when I typically witness a problem with mosquitoes.

Seems to work

I have a very large 30,000 gallon pond that I recently cleaned out. Since there are no fish I was worried about mosquitos, but these dunks seem to work. No bugs as the season gets started. So far...so good!

Perfect for gutters with standing water

I have gutters that have some low spots and are trouble areas for mosquito breeding. This product stays in place and works much longer than another dunk product I tried (which floated away quickly). Mosquitos are rough in my area, but if you get rid of all the standing water you can, and use these bombs with any standing water you cannot fix easily, you're ahead of the game. You still need yard spray or a fogger to be happy outside, but this definitely helps cut down on the breeding populatio...

Effective but not practical

Finding standing water in your front or backyard, where these "bombs" are applied isn't the most practical application. In fact, in wanting to test the effectiveness of these little "drop, drop, fizz, fizz, oh what a relief it is" tablets, I had to shut down my small water feature. Very easy to use

I found these pads very easy to use and simple to hide. They seem to work well and do a good job.

Bugs No More

No more Mosquito's! I can enjoy being outside without worrying about mosquitos. Whether standing water or water in the bottom of a planter pot it will kill mosquitos, while no harm to my plant or pets.

Great so far!!

I received these and placed them in a barrel that had water in it. No mosquitoes as of yet but the weather has been up and down. No complaints so far and seems to work great. If I do encounter problems later I will let you know because I know that both the positive and negative need to be stated!

Really is quick!

I’m in California where we’ve been getting quite a bit of rain mixed in with some very warm weather. So I’ve collected a few barrels of rain water and the mosquitoes had already been biting me up in the back yard. I dropped one in each barrel and checked them about two days later – the water was perfectly calm with no sign of mosquito activity at all. Works as it should

Used indoors in an ornamental pond , worked well took care of larva then kept it clear ever since. Just followed directions and it works as it should.
