A humidifier must.
It’s a must have during the winter months. Plus depending on how much you use it, the water you use… willl determine how long it lasts. I change mine out yearly since prices are decent. Plus the simple fact I don’t like bacterial growth coming back from storage.

Would Not RecommendQuality was terrible. The fins didn’t line up requiring me to trim them so the wick would fit in the housing. Also, three times the glue required to hold the wick together was used again impeding it from easily fitting in the housing
