We want Lemon!
Would Not Recommend9 Elements Lemon Scent was the only detergent I used for a long time because it got my son's urine-soaked sheets and jammies clean without a yucky, lingering scent. LOVED it! Now you have synthetic fragrance, which is not only unhealthy, but doesn't smell good! We used 9 Elements because it actually worked and was a clean/healthy option, but not anymore! Bring back the lemon with essential oils!! I no longer recommend it, unfortunately!

Would Not RecommendAfter years of use of the lemon sent. Unfortunately after just 1 use of the new citrus I will no longe continue with the use of this detergent. The scent is over powering leaving, as well as all the new added allergies added to the list. It’s unfortunate that a pretty clean laundry detergent had to make such changes. Hopefully you can go back to the old scent

With synthetic fragrance its not worth it
Would Not RecommendI used to love this brand and was one that did not give me and overwhelming fragrance on my clothes. Since they changed it to the Citrus kind instead of the Lemon scent I have frequent headaches and migraines because of the synthetic fragrance. I’ve had to donate the used bottles because I just can’t handle the headaches and migraines anymore.

Reviews deceiving, not for the new citrus scent.
Would Not RecommendI absolutely loved the lemon scent detergent. It cleaned well with a fresh scent that was not artificial. The new scent smells sweet and strong. Unfortunately, I ended up developing a terrible rash on my body using the new detergent. Really disappointed that the formula was changed. HUGE hassle having to rewash all of my laundry.

Would Not RecommendI’ve been using the lemon exclusively for a few years, and have been so happy with it and recommended it to everyone. Suddenly, I can find is this citrus scent? It’s disgusting and overpowering and lingers in a really off-putting and fake smelling way. I have half a bottle to use up and then I’m looking for a new brand. Please bring back lemon!

Would Not RecommendWe loved the original formula. Natural, did not linger. Loved the lemon scent. Then you change to synthetic fragrance blends so that we can’t use it anymore. Citrus scent is very toxic for. Cats. Any lingering scent is horrible for my husband’s allergies. you should have posted on the bottle that you are no longer all natural. Do better 9 elements. Bait and switch when it comes to things that effect health is really not cool.

Would Not RecommendThe citrus scent is much too floral and offensive. Lemon scent was so much more subtle and easier to smell. I feel like I need to go get a different detergent and rewash all my clothes now. Bring lemon back or I will no longer be a customer.

Would Not RecommendLoved the old formula and recommended it frequently. It contained essential oils for the fragrance. Why the company switched to synthetic fragrance us beyond me. I purchased it because it got an A from the environmental working group and it was healthy for my asthmatic daughter. I will now be switching to a brand with no synthetic fragrance. The original packaging highlighted that they didn't use synthetic fragrances, so to quietly remove that and to change the formula is so shady.
