I bought this product one other time and it made our clothes smell clean. They were fluffier too. I went to another natural laundry soap, it didn't clean our cloths very well and they didn't smell fresh. So..... I bought another bottle of your soap.

Great Product
Working as a welder, this is my go to detergent for a safe, deep clean! Cuts smells, cleans dirt/oil/grime with no problem. It's been a lifesaver for my laundry. The fragrance is fresh, but not overwhelming. Highly recommend for sensitive skin and delicate materials as well. All around a fantastic product!

Scent Accelerates when it’s in water and clothes
Partner had an allergic reaction to the smell coming off of the clothes. I washed one load with about 1/3 the recommended amount. He sniffed the product before I used it with no reaction. But when the product was in the machine he became ill. The scent was 20 fold on the clothes. I’ve now washed this load of clothes 4 times in other detergents and odor eliminators. Nothing will get the smell out. I think I may have to throw out a whole load of clothes. Pretty surprised and upset.

Great fresh but not overpowering scent
Love the 9 Elements citrus scent. Makes everything smell so good without the heavy perfume smells of most commercial detergent.

Great product but not the design
I love this product. I gave it 4 stars because it is impossible to fully empty the container. Yes, most detergents you can tip upside down to get the bottom of the product out. Not this one! The cap is designed so that tipping upside down only catches it before it can get to the pour spout. There is literally 1 - 1 1/2 loads of laundry that could be done with what will not come out of the bottle. WHY? It’s a very poor design.

NOT LEMON
This says it’s for the lemon vinegar, but that was discontinued. I tried to buy it thinking they had some left, but despite buying the lemon vinegar on this page, I received (and returned) the citrus scent. It is not the same at all, and I can’t stand the citrus scent.
