It does smell a bit like vinegar but that doesn’t bother me. It really does help take the stench out of dirty clothes. Gave 4 stars only because I wish it was a bit cheaper in price.

Great so far

great smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product in an attempt to use things better for the environment and my family. I loved the smell of this detergent, however, I am not 100% happy with my clothes after being washed. I like my clothing to have a fresh smell after being cleaned but I did not get that with this product.

Impressed

I used this for the first time yesterday and my front loader smelled clean instead of musty when I opened the door to transfer the clothes to the dryer. My 7 year old had some stains on her clothes and a white shirt with paint stains in particular with some stains was perfectly clean after the wash. I cannot wait to try it on my husbands clothes to see if the man funk smell can be eradicated. Thank you

Great results

We moved into a farm with hard water, as a result our clothes look faded and dingy. We finally put in a water softener, its been in for 6 months. I saw this product, figured I would give it a try. I put my washer on soak cycle and let it do its thing. The finally result was Amazing! My whites seemed whiter, the others didn't seem as dingy, and I love the smell. Real lemon scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 9 elements liquid laundry detergent has the scent of a real lemon, but not too strong. I didn't smell it too much after washing and drying. I use a HE washer, so it didn't take much. It cleaned my clothes really well. I like that it's a natural product.

Really works!!

I recently bought 9 detergent. I live in apartment building that has laundry rooms on each floor. The past year the clothes have been coming out dingy and smelly. They don’t maintain them very well. Worth the try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has severe allergies, we switched off of the full scent stuff years back and she mainly uses infant wash, but this was great. To start it doesn't smell like baby powder, but our clothes came out surprisingly clean. I was concerned that there would be a vinegar smell, but I am happy to report, none!

very fresh scent

The laundry smelled fresher with this detergent. A little detergent goes a long way. I washed everything from shower curtains to sneakers. I was impressed by the way it gets rid of bad smells. I will definitely buy this detergent in the future.

Had high hopes

I bought this detergent in the hope that it would be a natural alternative. I washed a load of towels and I can honestly say they smelled cleaner when I put them in the laundry. I used the detergent and the coordinating softener. The two bottles were relatively expensive compared to other brands and just didn’t seem to get my laundry clean. Clean and fresh

Being able to actually tell the difference in how our clothes look how you just know how clean they are has been a great relief.

Wanted to see if it could get that stink out and wow did it work! This has exclusively become my new favorite brand of detergent! Not super watery and had the right consistency. Got the stink out of my dirty towels. Didn’t leave any nasty residue. Super clean. Highly recommend!

Works great

Cleaning Power

It's made with just 9 ingredients and made without dyes, thickeners, brighteners, or synthetic fragrances. The vinegar power seems to eliminate odors and combined with the lemon scent, leave my laundry smelling fresh. I will definitely look into using this brand again!

Lemon fresh scent

Clothes look great and no allergic reaction to the detergent. I have sensitive skin and sometimes get allergic to certain detergents but never did with this. Love the scent!

Great Laundry Detergent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best laundry detergents I have ever used. I love the lemon scent. It is not an overpowering scent. Your clothes just smell clean. I love the fact that it uses vinegar but there is no vinegar smell on your clothes. I have very sensitive skin and this detergent does not irritate it at all. It is gentle on my skin. I also love that is it plant-based. I try to make sure I buy mostly plant-based products.
