My new refrigerator was delivered last Friday afternoon. The driver unpacked it and notified me that there was a fairly large “crease” on one side and that I could refuse delivery or accept and try to work out some sort of credit or refund with Lowe’s. Since I was hosting a number of family members over Mother’s Day weekend and really needed the refrigerator to accommodate them, I reluctantly agreed to accept it. Would Not RecommendLowe’s installed this ice maker with the delivery of my new fridge as it didn’t come with an ice maker. It doesn’t work. I checked to make sure the water was on and the ice maker was turned on, which they are. So I don’t know if they just installed it wrong or it just doesn’t work. Of course Lowe’s refuses to help. So as far as that goes once you make a purchase, that’s where the customer service ends.
