This is a pretty sturdy plant support stake. Nice sharp end. Does exactly what it says it does. I was thinking of using it next to one of my new baby trees, but I may use it to support my new tomato plant. Super affordable and very helpful in supporting new plants or climbing plants.
Great alternative to plastic stakes
I picked up the Gardeners Blue Ribbon 4-ft Square Wood Tree Stakes from Lowe’s to support my tomato plants this season, and they’ve been great so far! The wood is solid and durable, easy to drive into the soil, and gives the plants sturdy support as they grow. At 4 feet tall, they’re the perfect height for most tomato varieties, and I love that they have a clean, natural look that blends in well with the garden. The stakes haven’t warped or splintered, even after watering and sun exposure. If ...
Sturdy and tall
This support stick is sturdy and long enough for my jasmine plant which will need support as it grows. It was easy to insert in the soil as one end of the stick is tapered and the other end is flat. It seems to be a smooth stick therefore I don't think it's too porous and should not rot, it should last a long time.

Very nice support
We use the Gardener’s Blue Ribbon 4-ft wood tree stakes in our garden to support young trees and heavier plants like tomatoes, and they’ve held up great through wind and weather. They’re solid, easy to drive into the ground, and the natural wood fits right in with our garden’s look. No weird chemicals or coatings either, which we like since we grow food. Honestly, they just get the job done without any fuss—exactly what we need out there.
