Great for a painter's helper

My kids are always wanting to help with my house projects, and these P95 masks work great for them and for me too if I didn't have a more robust re-usable mask from 3M. If painting, get the P95, not the N95. N95 is for sanding, dust, smoke, and other such things.

Purchased for relief from chemical and perfume odors when out due to Multiple Chemical Sensitivities.

Just What I Needed

Used this product while installing new insulation into crawl space and it worked perfectly. Over all it is a great product and I will purchase it again.

Less Fogging

I am a CERT Member and wear glasses. The standard N95 masks cause my eye protection to fog up. So I got these and had much better luck and less fog with the valved mask.

perfect mask for painting

We were repainting some deck furniture red with spray paint and my wife has a very sensative respitory stystem. She very much wanted to help but was afraid the paint would make her sick. Save me from headaches

I was using one of the lesser quality filters while spraying a cabinet indoors and was getting a headache. My wife suggested I try one of these and believe it or not, she was right. The next day I sprayed two more cans of paint and did not experience a headache. Should have tried these a long time ago.

This is definitely the mask to purchase for just about any situation. It was recommended to me by a store clerk, Adam at the Lowes in Middletown, NY and he was right on the money. If you buy the cheap mask that painters sometimes use, you are making a mistake. Spend a few bucks more and you will be very satisfied and your lungs will appreciate it too.

Purchased Chemical Filtering to enter septic tank

Lots of roots in our septic tank, so I used this mask and the 3M X-Large Unisex White Long Disposable Coveralls to protect myself. Mask allowed me to breathe well (much better than these masks that don't have the little ventilator on the front). Still smelled like a mask, but not like noxious wastes! Note, I am not suggesting anyone do what I did. My husband was totally against the plan, but it needed to be done and this gear helped me accomplish my task.

Good breather

Expect results to be as labeled. A sure step up from the typical "paper" masks and they fit better.

Too Big

This mask was entirely too big for me and my husband. It was covering halfway up my eyes.

Effective

Not as uncomfortable to use as other filters I've had before. Did the job of keeping out particulates. I'd buy it again.

Effective but needs a longer useful life-span

I purchased these masks to use while doing artwork using spray paint. The respirators effectively prevented almost all the paint smell from penetrating, but there was still a slight smell. This is probably from where the mask didn't 'seat' perfectly on my face. I would have liked for these to last a little longer, though. I really like there dusk mask very well made and it keep your glasses from fogging up. The mask were great when I was demoing my bathroom.
