She carves objects and goes through may steps of sealing, varnishing, and/or spray painting. though its got a booth and vented fan, lots of volatiles still get out and are unwelcome. these definitely reduce the odor and make for a more comfortable experience. She swears by them.

Would RecommendI use this dust mask exclusively when I mow the lawn. The operable vent on the front of the mask allow exhaled air to escape and not fog up my glasses. This is a wonderful and very helpful mask.
