Would RecommendIt's very heavy and sturdy. I got it in the hopes to draw the crows in to feed, but so far it's only been feeding the raccoons. Which is a testament to it's sturdiness, since their chunky selves haven't been able to knock it over, yet!

OK with modifications
Would Not RecommendI like that it is heavy and will not blow over or get knocked over easily. I do not like that the bowl does not fit the stem very well. It is like the two parts were made for different applications and kluged together to make a birdbath. Not very good quality. The bowl had to be attached with construction adhesive to make sure it doesn't just fall off.

Would RecommendAwesome bird bath.. the best $50 I've ever spent on an item of this quality.. I've already gone through two of those polymer types.. after awhile they start giving out and then leaning to one side.. I won't have to replace this one.. sturdy concrete and it's beautifully elegant!
