What Customers Are Saying
The furring strips are an affordable option, but the quality is inconsistent, with some boards being warped or twisted. Customers report having to carefully inspect each piece to find a few decent, straight boards suitable for their projects. While some found the quality acceptable, others encountered significant issues with the lumber.

Lowe's Will Sell Anything
Would Not RecommendHaving to dig through piles of bad boards nobody else has wanted for months and monts and months is a bad practice. Lowe's should have a 2nd AND 3rd discount level to provide better stock to their customers. Right now it is only two: "Here it is, deal with it" OR "This is soooo bad, 70% off might not be worth it" categories.
