Would Not RecommendProduct was defective. It was a blackout blind but there are service locations in the middle of the blinds where light shines through. Your installer is requesting a new one. Hope that gets done.

The instruction booklet was a “combined” type which will require you to look through the pages to find the sections that apply to what you ordered. The “No-Drill” installation worked well. The first rail you install (has brackets) adjusts easily and friction fits between the insides of the window casing. The second and final rail (Headrail w/Shade) clicks in to the bracket rail and requires a bit of forearm strength to get it to click in to ea...
