Small gap at top of shade rail
Would Not RecommendThe shades were a bit expensive for off the shelf, not custom shades. MAterial is somewhat thin. I installed them inside the window frame and noticed a small gap at the top of the shade rail where it met the window frame. We dio not like the look and felt that they should be tight against the top of the window frame.

Would RecommendUpgrade is spot on. I highly recommend. I had purchased Levolor blinds in the past both room darkening and regular. The honey comb design helps to keep the rooms to be cool in the summer and keep cool out during the winter. Back in 2016 I had purchased approx 20 of these blinds but they have the button to operate. One blind-the mechanism stopped working. So I purchased a replacement- OMG what a huge difference! I have arthritis and have problems with my hands and these blinds are smooth ...

Blinds were not cut from center out. Visible Holes
Would Not RecommendThe blinds were not cut with the center being aligned and then cut on the left side and the right side. All cut only on one end, so the ugly holes on the bottom are not only visible, they're not even centered! Why would they put ugly holes in the bottom that you can plainly see when all the shades are up? And I have 4 windows in a row and all the holes are random now, not centered, and stick out like a sore thumb.

Don’t throw box away.it’s used to install shade.
Some of the end caps do not fit. I called Levolor CS, they sent me 3 new sets and only 1 fit. Otherwise, installing them was very easy
