They have a new machine that cuts the shade literally in the box in the store. The result is awful. The edges of all the cells were completely ragged, badly stuck together, and all of them had been torn. Was able to shorten the blind to hide to defect on most of the blinds.One was so torn and had a major rip that I had to return it. The manager was good and cut another one.
