I like the window shade a lot except that it would be nice to have a little handle to grab the shade to pull it down. The last shade I had was the same as this one and because it didn't have a little handle, the shade ended up getting pretty dirty where my fingers hit the shade after years of use. If there had been a handle, it wouldn't have gotten so dirty. And, how does one clean a papery shade? The other thing is the installation instructions, they need a little more detail on what to do ...

Need to check your cutting machine!

They have a new machine that cuts the shade literally in the box in the store. The result is awful. The edges of all the cells were completely ragged, badly stuck together, and all of them had been torn. Was able to shorten the blind to hide to defect on most of the blinds.One was so torn and had a major rip that I had to return it. The manager was good and cut another one. Even that one was not perfect. I bought the same brand a year ago and had no problem. I would say the machine that they us...

Ok unless trimmed

What a nightmare. They warn you to open it slow after cut that the fabric may get stuck. The fabric was literally fused in areas of 2 out of the 4 shades I had cut. Then they had to be inspected which took about 15 minutes. Now waiting for a new one to be cut, and the machine ate the last one! I give up! Attempted to shorten them but gave up because I didn’t want to tear it. Waste of time and energy . I wish I took a picture . I’ve been here an your and a half

Waste of Money

I'm so disappointed in the purchase of these Levolor blinds. I needed to have them cut to size and when we went to put them up and pull them down, the sides were melted as a result of the cutting process. There is a warning in the instructions, but I did not imagine it would be that bad. While we were manually separating the honeycombs, they easily teared. For the price we paid and this bad experience, I strongly doubt we'll ever buy another Levolor product.

Melted ends

The ends melted when trimmed by Loews in Hele a, MT. Drove 3 hours to my parents house, Installed easy enough once I got some pliers to take the brackets off. pulled the blinds down and they tore. Now I get to take them back down, go back home and return them.
