Does not come with tabs to raise or lower shades.
Would RecommendThe two Levolor shades I purchased are perfect! They are cordless, very well made and the blackout shades are exactly what we needed for the bedroom. They were not custom shades and they were cut at the store. The only thing missing were tabs to lift and lower the shades. tabs were not even available to buy as an accessory.

Shade material is thin. Gap at top when installed
Would Not RecommendThey are expensive for basic off the shelf cellular shades. The shade material is thin. I had to have several cut to size by Lowes associate which turned out very well. I installed them inside the window frame and noticed that there was a small gap between the top of the shade rail and the window frame. We do not like the look and feel it should mount tight against the top of the window frame.
