Flat Paint Middle Priced
Would RecommendI used this on a wall with a different color already on the wall. I washed the walls with TSP. Then primed with white primer. Then put two coats with a light grey color. Very happy with the results.

Would Not RecommendIt's way too thin for a primer/paint product; it doesn't cover well at all. Even after two coats of it on a wall, it was still thin in areas. Sherwin Williams should be ashamed to have their name associated with this product; I buy their regular stuff from the SW store all the time and never have issues.
