Would RecommendEasy to apply and a single coat does indeed provide an adequate protective sealer coat to repel moisture and UV damage to the wood. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. What I can't yet rate is how durable the sealer is - it does recommend reapplication annually, so I suspect like most all sealers, it will last about a year before a maintenance coat is needed.
