Would Not RecommendThis paint is like tinted water! The original paint I was recoating was a light tan. I picked a shade of yellow. It's not that different than the yellow I picked. I wanted a similar color so that I could paint 1 coat. Much to my dismay 2 coats on the concrete block, 3 coats on wood components. Utterly ridiculous!!! I will never buy a Velspar product again! The photo is after 2 coats on pre painted wood
True gray paint- no blue hue
Would RecommendThis was a special request color. I don’t like blue in my gray. I want a true gray 8 picked my favorite gray and asked that no blue be added to the tint. They did as I requested and it was perfect!

Would RecommendThough I am very happy with the final product, I purchased this paint through Lowes.com online. When I drive to the Lowe's store to pick up my order, the paint had not been tinted, I did not realize this. I brought my order home only to learn that the paint was base only. I bought this to compliment and protect my new fence posts and frame. It looks wonderful against North Western red cedar stained with Cabot's Australian Teak Timber oil.
