Save your money ! worst stain
Would Not RecommendI stained my deck last summer . Color was beautiful , easy to apply . Few months forward , snow melted and my deck looks horrible ! , Looking at my deck you would think tornado went through and debris scratched my deck ! Waste of my money and time . I previously used different cabot stain and worked much better .

Would RecommendInitially I balked at the price of the Cabot product but after I really looked into this product & company I decided to pull the plug and invest in a Gal. of the stain for our front column. Looks great. I ended up buying 3 5 Gal. buckets to spray on our backyard fence.

Would RecommendCabbage Australian timber oil honey teak. We think it turned out beautiful We found out it was easier to apply it with a Wagner 250 sprayer

Would RecommendBeing a professional painter for 20 years, I have tried many products over the years. They come and go as the technology changes, but the Cabot Australian Timber Oils are the best products I have seen. I have used these for the last 5 years, nothing comes close to the quality of the product. easy application, longevity, and the final product looks great, which is especially important to my customers. Nothing beats this, I highly suggest them.

Difficult to apply evenly
Would Not RecommendWe used this product on some aged, pressure treated decking in a screen porch. On the plus side, it was easy to apply. However, it was very difficult to maintain a wet edge during application and in any area where the stain sat longer than about 10 minutes, we got visible lapping of the coats. The other issue is that this stain was at least two shades darker than the sample in the store, making the problem even more visible.
