Would RecommendCabot had been the best brand for longevity in weather outdoors. Timber oil Stain paired with the Cabot water sealer = 2-3 years between seals of done well

Excellent exterior wood finish
Excellent product for use on decks and handrails. Also applied it my teak furniture and the finish has lasted well over a year whereas teak oil lasted only a couple months.

Would Not RecommendThis review is for the Australian Timber Oil Honey Teak color. It's only been on my deck a few days and it looks...ok, I guess. Color / finish seems kinda "blah" and my deck is barely 2 years old. Anyway, the coverage stated on the can was WAY less than what I experienced. Cabot claims coverage of 400-600 square feet per gallon on "smooth" surfaces (umm...really?) and 250-350 square feet on "rough" surfaces. Would RecommendFirst time using Cabot products and they now have a customer for life. Turned my front porch on my 1900 farm house from a eye sore, to a thing of beauty! I used the natural tone and couldn’t be happier. Next will be using this on the deck!
