Terrible sheen and color retention

After about six months paint color faded to a different shade and lost all of its semi-gloss (now flat). It also seems to not protect the surface it was applied to. By something better and leave this in the store. I now have to repaint my whole house using a better brand than Storm Coat. The cost of the paint and time to do was enough but now have to buy better paint and the time to do it again is inexcusable. Lowes should reimburse me, but I do not have the buckets/cans anymore as I trashed the...

Pure Junk

paint is thin , won't stay on the brush, streaks, doesn't cover well. Possibly the worst paint I ever purchased.

Awful Coverage!! 3 coats on garage trim, still looks awful. Made a mistake buying this paint. Never again.

Bad batch?

After mixing the white paint, it went on the wood surface clear, although was picking up white on brush. Maybe a bad batch, but I will never by this product again.

Like painting with water. Transparent waste.

This is the worst paint I have ever purchased. I wanted something mid-range expense wise as it was just for my garage, but it doesn't cover anything. It looks thick in the bucket and on the brush but goes translucent. I can't use it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

cheap price = cheap performance

I only bought this since it is cheap. I am only painting a 4 x 5 foot new, treated plywood shed door. It took the .9 gallon for one coat on both sides of the door!! The second coat didn't look any better than the first. YIKES! I have always used the best Sherwin Williams for the dwelling = nearly flawless. Out of sight backyard shed door - Storm Coat saved money Anywhere else - "Run away! Run away!"

Stays Tacky

Purchased this paint and had it tinted to tricorn black. Primed and painted rocking chairs for my wife. Two weeks later paint was still Tacky. I figured I must have done something wrong and it was blocking. So I stripped the arms and redid with a very light coat. The paint remained tacky after 48 hours. So I took another brand of paint and painted right over. The other paint dried with no tackiness at all. All conditions were in the parameters of the paint so not sure what's wrong except...

Bright color

I painted my shutters an door; the color popped and looks great in the listing photos

Good stuff

Easy to apply. Covers well and durable. Suppose to be great in weather. We will find out
