Mantle paint

Fireplace mantel paint. Primed first of course. I was a mis-tint special. Worked great.

Great paint

We used this paint to spray cabinet fronts and it gave me a very nice smooth coverage

Cover up

The bathroom at work needed a facelift. I had heard that Valspar was a really good paint. I got the paint and had it tinted the color I wanted and really didn't need to do 2 coats but went over it anyway. It dries fast also . I will be using this brand next time I need to paint.

Paint

Used it to paint my kids room. Covered nicely worked well

One coat ceiling paint

We needed a paint that would cover our ceiling easily. This worked wonderfully. Vaulted ceilings are no fun so if you need to limit your work we recommend valspar.

Not right color

Color that dried on lid doesn’t match color when it on a wall. An unpainted wall to be specific. So it was cause color underneath.

Paint

I use it on my basement floor works good for that.

A waste of time and money.

Painted the room only to have the walks leaking paint. Totally a waste of money.

Not what cracked up to be

Got a darker red to cover a lighter red and has taken three coats and still not totally correct

Do not use in a bathroom

Bought this paint for a bathroom and although it went on smoothy, within 3 months, the walls had oily, moisture streaks throughout the bathroom; even over large areas that were spackled and primed. When I spoke with a representative, he acknowledged this and said in high humidity areas such as bathrooms, the water soluble chemicals in the paint may come through with an almost nicotine color. He described it perfectly. He suggested washing the walls with a Tri-sodium phosphate soft and water...

Terrible coverage

I have 17 years of professional experience. One of my customers chose both satin white, and flat white for non textured ceilings in his home. After two coats, the coverage is unacceptable. I will have to switch now to actual paint, and this mess will cost my customer an additional 100-120 dollars for product alone. The ultra 4000 white paints are among the worst I've seen.

worst paint

I bought this paint 3 days ago to paint my bathroom. Started painting today and it is the worst paint I have ever used. It streaks and peels regardless if I use a brush or roller. Now I need to go buy another paint and start over....not a happy camper!!!!

Valspar paint

I bought 2 cans of semi-gloss, 1 mixed to be red, 1 mixed to be black. This is the 1st time I've ever been disappointed with Valspar--instead of semi-gloss, it is more matte. It really disappointed me as I am painting kitchen cupboards which I didn't want glossy, but did want them to have a little shine. This has none.

Salesman warned about product but tried anyways. Services were great .
