Dries with streaks
Bought flat Grow interior paint, Valspar Signature. Had to do 3+ coats and walls still look streaked. Also when it dries it leaves tiny holes in the paint where the original color shows through (slightly darker color). Touch up took almost a long as painting. Very disappointed in the quality. We are painting the interior of our home and now will be changing paint color and brand.

Avoid
Would Not RecommendWow, I have been a DIY painter for 40 years. I have never used a paint with worse performance than this. I had to wonder if it was even a latex paint, the paint would not 'adhere' to itself during application. It took 2+ coats to cover a relatively small color transition. I will not use 4000 again, an may avoid Valspar paints in the future.

Would RecommendAll paint and chemicals should be zero VOC and zero harm to the environment. I like this product over all, but it doesn't seem to cover as well as others I have used. An extra coat or two is needed.

Would RecommendWe honestly have mixed feelings about this paint. Pros: Great price! Great availability in store and is grab & go. The color is a very pretty white...in daylight it's a pure white but at night it's a creamy white and reflects warm lighting beautifully creating a candlelight glow. No VOC! Almost no odor so this paint is perfect for working inside in cooler weather. Cleans up very well! Con: As others have stated, it has coverage issues.
