I recently purchased 13 levolor blinds from the Lowe’s location in Sugar Land, Texas. I had a great experience from purchasing to the installation of my blinds. I would like to acknowledge the sales associate , Mary, in the blinds department. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The installer, Freddie was very prompt and did an excellent job. Thankful to the store manager at this location.

Can't adjust length

These are nice looking blinds and they can be cut to fit the width of your window. However, you cannot change the height on these (because of the springs that allow for raising and lowering). The older style with a pull cord to raise and lower the blinds could be cut to fit any height, not these newer no cord designs. My windows are 60" wide by 40" tall. I ordered these assuming they could be adjusted (trimmed) to fit. But no. I had to return these (before they were trimmed) because I would have...

Use longer wood screws than the ones provided

This blind fit accurately and was easy to install. The blind width is correct and consistent. The only negative I my opinion is these are pricey.

White is NOT White

Pros - Delivery was very fast. The size and cuts to the one I opened seemed very good. Cons: White is not bright white but more of an off-white color which will look dingy directly beside my window trim. The top valance piece was scratched up with smudges all over making it look cheap. I ordered 4 large, 2.5-inch faux wood blinds and one smaller. Aside from the blinds not being white, there is no texture at all. They are flat plastic and have no resemblance to wood. I ordered size 29", I found the size available on Lowe's website. They send me cut to size blind, well it worked but the shavings and dust I didn't want.
