Thick with a solid color, not milky.
Would RecommendThick viscosity... One coat cover over cement and bare Douglas Fir, although I opted for two coats. Solid pigment, not milky or opaque. Will definitely buy again.

Would Not RecommendThis is an unopened gallon of paint. It has been stored indoors, it was purchased last year but was unable to start my project until now. This paint is un-usable. I do not recommend this paint.
