How long does it take before I can remove the stump ?

The directions say four to six weeks but in my experience it's more like six months. Of course I have never tried burning out the stump with charcoal as suggested. I broke up my stump and carried off the pieces.

These granules speed the natural decomposition process. Generally, the stump will be broken up enough for removal after about six weeks. You can speed that up by burning the stump as directed on the label.
