Does my dyer (stacked) have to be a Samsung in order for the stacking kit to work? Thanks..


Hi Pete, Yes, if you plan to stack the washer and dryer, both units must be the same brand. In this case, the dryer must be a Samsung, as Samsung stacking kits are only compatible with Samsung washers and dryers. Please also note that stacking kits are model-specific. This particular model is only compatible with the Samsung stacking kit SKK-8K; hence, the dryer you choose must also be compatible with the SKK-8K stacking kit. Leo
