Can this be dumped dry into post hole, than add water like fast setting concrete?


The water should be poured into the hole first. Then Fast Setting Concrete Mix can be poured. If there is dry concrete on top after pouring the mix from the bag. Add just enough water to the surface to hydrate the dry material.
