The best time to use this product is during moderate temperature in low wind conditions with ample supply of water. When weather is too hot water is lost in the curing process and hydration stops weakening the pour. If you pour in freezing or near freezing temperatures the hydration process slows increasing the curing time and threatening the quality of the cement and sand mix.
