What and how much would i mix this with to make a white kitchen counter top?

QUIKRETE® White Portland Cement should be blended with concrete sand and gravel to make concrete. The typical proportions are 1 part cement to 2 parts sand to 3 parts gravel, all by volume. You will need to determine experimentally if this mixture is adequate for counter tops.
