Should I apply sealer to pavers first or apply sand then sealer?

When using the QUIKRETE® WalkMaker building forms, the sequence of sealer and joint filling is discretionary. Users often apply the sealer before installing the jointing sand, so no sand is adhered to the faces of the pavers. The sealer will also not lock the sand permanently into the joints.
