Could I use this to make stepping stones? Can I get it in white? If not, could you recommend a mix that's weather proof, white and very smooth finish


QUIKRETE® ReCap Concrete Resurfacer is not suitable for making stepping stones, and is not available in white. QUIKRETE® Countertop Mix – Tint Base may be more appropriate. It is not pure white, but is lighter in color than any of the other concrete products; it is specially formulated for making kitchen countertops, so it can be finished smooth.
