When mixing with mortar, what is the ratio of ounces of colorant to pounds of mortar?

QUIKRETE® Liquid Cement Color (No. 1317) – Brown is designed for use with gray base product only – NOT white. Each 10 fl oz bottle of QUIKRETE® Liquid Cement Color will color up to 2 bags (of 60 lb or 80 lb each) of gray base product, including gray mortars. Do not use more than 1 full bottle per 60 lb of gray base product. Make sure that you shake the bottle well just before using. If using a partial bottle, sample before any material in the bottle settles to the bottom. The Liquid Cement Color should be blended with the clean water before the mortar is added for blending. Samples should be created before initiating the full project, and allowed to cure for 7 days before evaluating if the color is acceptable. The exact same amount of clean water and color used in the sample that was found to be acceptable must be used to in the final repair mixture to obtain the closest color match. Too much color may cause the product to delay its set time and would have an effect on the durability of the product. Please note that variations in color and water quantities, as well as curing conditions and finishing techniques will cause color variations.
