Can this be used in stucco mix

QUIKRETE® Liquid Cement Color – Brown (No. 1317-01) is only recommended to use with gray base products such as QUIKRETE® Finish Coat Stucco – Gray (No. 1202-80), QUIKRETE® Scratch & Brown Base Coat Stucco (No. 1139) or QUIKRETE® One Coat Fiberglass Reinforced Stucco (No.1200). QUIKRETE® Liquid Cement Color must be added to the clean mixing water before it is blended with the stucco. Color uniformity is affected by amount of QUIKRETE® Liquid Cement Color (No. 1317) used (full or half strength), water quantity, thoroughness of mixing, cleanliness of equipment, application technique, curing conditions, curing procedure, and environmental conditions. It is recommended that a test panel be prepared prior to beginning the project, to determine if the color suits your expectations.
